Develop and implement ECMC Foundation Career Readiness portfolio strategy which aims to connect adults with limited or no education beyond high school to postsecondary pathways that allow for economic mobility and a family-sustaining wage Oversee approximately $15 million in annual grantmaking which includes identifying potential grantees, conducting site visits, analyzing financial information, connecting with other funders and partners, and developing proposals Invest in targeted organizational improvements and capacity building for institutions or organizations providing postsecondary career and technical education, conducting research to improve the field, and developing accredited, industry- informed, and transferable program models that incorporate learner-centered CTE approaches and academic and non-academic wraparound supports Develop and implement an evaluation framework, theory of change, and logic model and oversee the evaluation of select grants Prepare and present written and oral analyses of grant requests to the ECMC Group Board of Directors four times a year Monitor the programmatic objectives outlined in each grant through in-person meetings, email, phone calls, and site visits Help grantees assess and report results, review grantee reports, and share progress via internal and external communications Serve as a member of the management team, report directly to the foundation president, manage three program officers and occasional consultants
