About Jennifer Zaslow
Jennifer is an executive coach who believes that power begins with finding your voice. She began her professional life in New York as an aspiring opera singer, an experience that led to a twenty-year career as a leader and senior fundraiser in the non-profit sector. She has held the chief development officer role at New York cultural organizations including New York City Opera at Lincoln Center and The New York Public Library, where she successfully completed a $500 million capital campaign during the great recession, and built the endowment to $1 billion. Jennifer’s experience has included working with demanding leaders, meeting high expectations in challenging times, and leading teams through organizational transition – all with her signature mix of directness and humor. While working with a leadership coach in the fall of 2013, Jennifer realized she wanted to bring her experience working with passionate, mission-driven leaders to the world of executive coaching. Today, Jennifer specializes in coaching leaders and high-achievers to create a broader vision for themselves and for their organizations. She works with clients on leadership development, reaching peak performance, stress management, navigating challenging work environments, and career transition. She also continues to work with organizations seeking help with Board development, strategic planning, communications and fundraising. Jennifer holds a B.A. cum laude from Wesleyan University, and a CPCC coaching certification from CTI. She also studied at NYU’s Graduate School of Arts and Science, and at the Chautauqua Opera Institute.
