I lead the Business Management function for J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Strategy division. The CIB is a global powerhouse in Investment Banking, Wholesale Payments, Markets, and Securities Services. CIB Strategy work spans international growth strategies, new product and market entry assessments, in-depth business reviews, and the design of cross-CIB initiatives that shape the future of our organization. As COO, I partner with the global head of strategy to design, develop, and execute the strategic agenda across all CIB businesses. My role centers on managing critical business processes, delivering strategic insights, and driving initiatives that optimize performance and unlock growth.J.P. Morgan’s CIB provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk, and extends liquidity in markets worldwide. Our Global Finance & Business Management (F & BM) team is at the heart of this effort—strategically managing capital, driving growth and efficiencies, maintaining robust financial reporting, and proactively managing risk. Through actionable analysis and recommendations, we help the firm navigate all market conditions while safeguarding our fortress balance sheet.
