About Jennifer Winick

After a twenty-year career inside one of the most successful technology companies in the world, I turned my coaching lens on myself and came to the realization that I was happiest and most satisfied at work when I was using my coaching skills to help others identify and achieve their goals. I shifted my focus to executive and leadership coaching and have not looked back. As a coach, I draw on my extensive experience of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and working with people of all genders, cultural and professional backgrounds, and levels of seniority. I take an integrative approach of working with mindsets, skill sets, and neuroscience that allows members to understand and apply their values to their careers, while also disrupting unhelpful behavior patterns to become more effective and influential leaders.
