ABOUT JENNIFER URANA

As a Senior Consultant at JU Consulting, I leverage my experience in the corporate world, 3PLs, Logistics providers, independent shops, and VC startups to successfully execute operations and IT optimization. My achievements are 98% on time delivery, reduced shipping and labor costs, and improved customer satisfaction. I do this by bringing together both the warehouse staff and the IT staff to make sure solutions are the best for everyone. I have successfully led and supported multiple projects across various industries, including luxury apparel, transportation, and logistics. I reviewed and revamped the Microsoft D365 software for Implus, a leading provider of athletic, fitness, and outdoor accessories, in collaboration with Operations staff, Finance, IT, and Customer Service. As a result, we increased operational shipments from 65% to 98% on time and in full accuracy in six months, despite the challenges posed by the Covid-19 pandemic. I also expanded the global platform migration of D365 to the EU, Australia, South Africa, and South America, generating significant savings on supply chain costs that were re-invested in marketing and sales areas. Additionally, I created a state-of-the-art annual physical inventory software system to execute the physical counting, the IT updates, the Finance reporting, the training, and gave documentation to continue the process on their own. This streamlined the counting of each sf facility to under six hours. My goal is to create cost-effective and efficient fulfillment centers that deliver value to the customers and the business. I am passionate about applying my analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to help organizations achieve their strategic objectives and grow their market share.
