Hi, I\'m Jennifer Thai! I\'m currently an undergraduate student at UC Riverside, studying Business Administration with a concentration on Management, and I\'m especially passionate about healthcare management. Through my courses and real-world experience, I\'ve really come to appreciate how impactful and innovative the healthcare field is. In a professional setting, I thrive on teamwork and communication. During my internship at UCR Health, I had the chance to dive into project management, collaborate with physicians and staff, and help shape community outreach efforts. Those experiences, along with my involvement in organizations like the Highlander Business Society and a pre-health organization Delta Epsilon Mu, have sharpened my leadership and organizational skills while teaching me the importance of balancing efficiency with empathy. I\'m eager to keep growing and learning through new opportunities, especially in the healthcare space, and to contribute in ways that make a meaningful difference.
