This individual serves as an administrative liaison to Medical Board members and administrators to provide clerical support as it relates to assigned meetings.Monitors all regulatory requirements related to business items that require Medical Board approval, and ensures compliance and proper documentation.Prepares all medical staff reports on behalf of the Medical Boards for presentation to the Board of Trustees.Provides support upon request with editing and maintaining the Medical Staff Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and all associated policies and procedures.Provides other support or performs other duties as requested by members of the Medical Staff Affairs leadership team.
