Identify, cultivate, and manage short and long-term partnership with community organizations to advance AMHP’s mission and values (e.g, educate, empower, and advocate for the pan-Asian community to seek mental health services)• Meet with the Core Team (leadership) on a monthly basis to develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategic plan that aligns with AMHP’s goals • Collaborate with partners to develop and implement mental health educational programming and resources based on organizational/community needs (e.g, Mental Health Toolkit, Stay In Check In series, & mental health conversations)• Co-lead and/or moderate virtual and in-person programming (e.g, Survivor Support Summit virtual panels & in-person wellness workshops at conferences)• Collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Finance to raise funds (at least $30k/year) for AMHP’s Mental Health Assistance Grant that is offered annually to 25-30 grantees ($500 per person)
