ABOUT JENNIFER PIERRE
HCPC-registered Biomedical Scientist with over five years’ experience in NHS microbiology laboratories, followed by industry roles specialising in diagnostics across microbiology and molecular diagnostics. Currently completing an MSc in Medical Genetics.My career has focused on working at the interface between diagnostic science, laboratory practice, and healthcare systems. In the NHS, I gained extensive hands-on experience in microbiology and molecular diagnostics, alongside quality systems, audits, and multidisciplinary clinical working. In industry, I now support laboratories and healthcare professionals with the adoption, implementation, and optimisation of diagnostic solutions, combining scientific expertise with strong stakeholder engagement across regional territories.I am particularly motivated by roles that translate diagnostic innovation into real-world clinical and public health impact.
