About Jennifer Stewart
Believe in your vision.Dr Jennifer Stewart is an optometrist, speaker, writer, consultant and entrepreneur. She has been involved in the optometric community for almost 20 years, starting as a technician and optician. She received her Bachelor of Science from Marist College, and her Doctorate of Optometry from New England College of Optometry. She is a nationally recognized speaker, with a passion for helping optometrists with operations, optical success, contact lens sales and practice management. She is a well known writer, and has been featured in every optometric publication including Optometric Management, Review of Optometric Business and Contact Lens Spectrum. She is a delegate for the NECO Alumni Board, a Director for the Connecticut Association of Optometrists, a member director for IDOC and an Adjunct Assistant Professor at The New England College of Optometry. She is the founder of OD Perspectives, a consulting and business strategy firm. With a deep interest in sports vision, Dr Stewart co-founded and serves as the Chief Vision Officer for Performance 20/20, a sports and performance vision training facility located in Stamford, CT. Through her work, she was awarded the 2019 Theia Award for Innovation by Women in Optometry, and serves on the Advisory Board for the International Sports Vision Association. Dr Stewart is passionate about sports safety, enhancing performance, and helping business owners identify and achieve their goals. An avid Disney fan, she lives her life by the quote “if you can dream it, you can do it.” She is inspired to help others with their dreams.
