With over three years of experience as a Senior Programming Instructor and Manager at CodeClan, I combine my passion for software development with my commitment to mentoring and training aspiring coders. I have a BSc (Hons) in Computing and a Postgraduate in Digital Media Design, which equip me with the technical and creative skills to design and deliver engaging and effective courses.As a leader and a teacher, I ensure that the cohort teams are aligned with the curriculum and outcome objectives, and that the students are prepared for the industry with portfolios of projects and interview skills. I also support the cohort teams to grow and develop the immersive course to fit the needs of the students and the industry, and to create an environment of continuous learning and feedback.
