Includes content development, design development, media/software production, technical prototyping for interactives, bid negotiation, construction administration, install, and branding. Co-leading with the Principal of Local Projects- Gave project new momentum after 5 years of false starts in the studio. Continue to move the project forward while coaching the client and gaining their confidence creating a museum with highly sensitive content • Leading a small design team for a new gallery space in an existing museum in Georgia awaiting renovations. Pushed design forward from discovery to final design intent to aid client fundraising efforts. Coordinating with outside architect and design firms to ensure project cohesiveness and efficient build out of all spaces. • Overall responsible for drafting scopes of work and negotiating contracts with clients as well as outside vendors. • Responsible for project budget and schedules. Work with finance to reconcile invoices, expenses, and payments.
