As Lead Broker, Owner, President and Team Leader, my role on this team of highly skilled agents is to ensure that our clients have an experience that simply BLOWS THEM AWAY. I have worked to assemble and maintain a team of some of the most talented, experienced and dedicated Realtors® in this industry. I have developed strategies and processes for our clients that get results. That is the best price, within the desired time frame, with no hassles and no surprises. We negotiate powerfully on behalf of our clients. We advocate for them, protect them, do the legwork for them and get the job done. We strive to make the process enjoyable too. My role is to continue to improve these strategies and processes to ensure that we EXCEED our clients expectations every time.I am also responsible for watching the real estate and financial markets and sharing this information with my team. I study marketing trends so we can effectively market homes for our sellers. I am continually educating myself and my team to ensure that we are knowledgeable and on the forefront of current trends so we can best advise our clients on big decisions.I have had the honor of serving on the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors Board of Directors and I am Past Chair of the Top Producers Council with the Triangle MLS. As Realtors®, we need to cooperate with one another to best serve our clients. We also need to uphold the ethics and professional standards of our industry and support and give back to our community.
