With a background of Business and IT, Jennifer began her career working in various industries including food, plastics and electronics.Jennifer went on to successfully lead projects resulting in awards in Investors In People, Kitemark, BS 5750, BS 7799, Health and Safety, Information Security and NVQ in training to name a few.Jennifer was the first female in Ireland to lead these type of projects and the first in the USA to be certified IRCA lead Assessor and Star CMA lead Assessor.Building on the project management in Electronics, Plastics, training and IT Jennifer began her association with BSI. Jennifer was the highest female performer for utilization in Ireland for all her time with BSI and the highest female performer in the USA for most of her time there. Jennifer was the outright highest sales lead value won opportunities in the Americas for various years.Work experience highlights• Completed the first successful Star certification in the Americas. • Completed the first successful ISO 27001:2013 in the Americas.• Completed the first successful ISO 7799 in the Americas. • Completed the first successful ISO audit in the Americas and the first and only successful audit of a US government branch.• Certified Sarbanes Oxley Professional.• Completed CISSP certification. • Consulted with a Canadian Bank Note and Japanese printer manufacturer on the implementation of ISO 27001.• Consulted with a US metal fabrication company on the implementation of OSHAS 18001 and ISO 14001.• Consulted with a German Electronics company on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008.• Consulted with a plastics manufacturer on the implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and EMS. • Have worked for other registrars.• Responsible for coordinating major banking and government contractor’s registration systems. • Has and currently manages a small business (Ireland and the USA) and was registered under the SWAM rules in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
