As a seasoned professional with a unique blend of skills, relationships, and experiences, I have led global strategic initiatives, balancing multiple priorities, as Chief of Staff to the C-Suite of Leo Burnett Worldwide. Years of experience navigating complex and difficult relationships both within the network and with the holding company have honed my critical reasoning and diplomatic skills. I believe that every issue can be resolved and enjoy applying the knowledge I’ve accumulated to create bespoke solutions for a wide range of complex situations. In an industry where creative reputation is paramount, my strategy coupled with Leo’s bespoke creative review process led LBWW to be ranked among the top 3 agency networks for a decade. With more individual offices contributing to our creative reputation, we led the ranks and proved the depth of our creative bench. As a direct result of my strategy, we were consistently outranking networks 2 and 3 times our size.

   One School

   Jan 2021 — Present

   Launched in August 2020, the ONE School is a free, 16-week program that provides Black students with conceptual ideation skills needed to develop big, modern, exciting ideas at the intersection of advertising, culture, and technology.In the first four years, the program has graduated 223 Black creatives, in the US and UK, 58 percent of them women, and boasts a 74 percent hire rate of graduates at over 176 top-tier agencies and brands including Apple, Adobe, Google, Spotify, Squarespace, and Whirlpool.The US cohorts include Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and New York. In March 2023, ONE School launched its first cohort in the UK.
