Serving clients is the foremost goal. I am passionate about finding ways for a team to support, respond to, and engage with clients’ needs and imagination. I am passionate about enhancing the client experience through collaboration, delivery method innovations, integration of design and construction and bringing teams and partners together for highest and best solutions. Having worked on multiple sides of the AEC industry and at various scales—local, national, and global; I possess a unique perspective on how to serve and lead effectively. By leveraging my experience across various scales and market sectors, I can identify and implement the most effective strategies for sales, relationships development, design, delivery and client engagement. Educating clients, providing methodological resources, aligning partners, and structuring projects are all critical to reducing risk. My initial interest in architecture stemmed from the connection between people and space: how people engage with it, and how it, in turn, functions for them. My growth through design and construction roles has expanded my experience to include team leadership, business acumen, firm growth coupled with innovations in the use of technology which has fostered the most collaborative and successful outcomes for my company, team and the clients.
