   Manage team of 7 as well as partner managed numerous staff in Belfast and Singapore office locations across both futures and OTC business lines within the Clearing Division. • Business owner for new Entity system implementation which will combine 3 systems into a single point serving as the hub for all other clearing applications to regularly extract data needed for downstream processing. • Interface directly with internal auditors to locate gaps for various processes tied to daily operations and remediate issues-Tested and implemented portfolio margining for commodity swaps and futures products while working with sales team and clearing firms to grow that business segment-Product owner of all Referential data which means new firms/accounts, and new functionality tied to proposed CME initiatives OTC LIBOR/SOFR conversion management on the OTC side (Reporting, coupon payment discrepancies, timelines) • Managed termination of CDS trading, Korean hosted exchange, and the European CME Clearing House • Google cloud migration representative for referential clearing systems • Lead system configurations for multiple collateral projects. • Assist firms thru numerous organizational changes including large scale integrations due to merger and acquisition activity. This encompassed reporting, trade messaging, entitlements, position transfers, margin behavior, fees, report consumption, and collateral. • One of several key persons handling Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives -Suggested and implemented RBAC to lessen bureaucratic impact with onboarding new staff-Spearheaded CME\'s Federation solution for Clearing-Implemented solution with technology to create a single file containing customer gross margining firm submissions across all firms on a daily basis allowing for easier internal data analysis-Enhanced trade injector for firm test trades -SFTP encryption project implemented for Brokertec/EBS.
