Supervise a cross-functional staff of 5 to execute program deliverables including client outreach and intake, scope development, and construction project completion. Promoted twice to ultimately oversee a $9 million budget and the entire scope of the project. Built a county-wide residential lead abatement program from scratch to become a standout grantee and mentor other grantees across the country. Go-to expert on lead-paint regulations in the region. Secured several multi-million federal, state, and local grants totalling $16.4 million to continue and grow the program since 2020. The program has abated lead from hundreds of homes to-date.Created and ran a local lead-focused contractor training program to develop a lead-safe workforce of dozens of firms.Developed program policies to provide equitable and efficient client-centered services, adapt practices and tools to incorporate new research, regulations, and best practices.
