My work sits at the intersection of people, process, and technology, turning complex organizational needs into practical, measurable learning solutions.Across my career, I’ve led learning and enablement initiatives for complex, evolving organizations, including LMS implementation and optimization, skills and career frameworks, manager enablement, and scalable digital learning ecosystems. I partner closely with business leaders, HR, Recruiting, and Creative teams to ensure learning is not only engaging, but operationally effective and aligned to business needs.I bring a systems-oriented, tech-forward mindset to enablement work, with experience supporting enterprise tool transitions, integrating AI-enabled learning approaches, and using performance and feedback data to inform both short-term training needs and long-term strategy.
