Licensed since 2004 Jennifer Ricco has extensive residential real estate experience. Jennifer relies on the negotiating and interpersonal skills she learned throughout her career with the Los Angeles Police Department to assist her clients, setting her apart from other Realtors in the industry. In 2007, Jennifer was one of the first real estate agents to personally be trained by Lee Honish, former chief loss mitigator for IndyMac Bank, on loss mitigation. Understanding the magnitude of the financial crisis facing homeowners, Jennifer continued to adapt to the rapidly changing real estate market. In 2008 she was personally trained by Alex Charfin, creator of the Certified Distressed Property Institute, CDPE making her the first Realtor in Santa Clarita to obtain the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. Jennifer also obtained the Pre Foreclosure Specialist Certification (PSC), HAFA Specialist Certification and was trained on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, all advanced training necessary to help struggling homeowner avoid foreclosure. Jennifer utilizes the analytical and computer skills she obtained in her law enforcement career to master social media marketing and organic SEO positioning of her business website. Continually analyzing housing market trends throughout Los Angeles she provides valuable housing market updates and analysis critical for her clients whether buying or selling homes in Santa Clarita or its surrounding communities. Jennifer obtained NAR\'s BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource) designation, which trained her to correctly price homes in today\'s fluctuating real estate market.
