I am a dynamic, people-centered professional with a strong background in operations, sales, customer service, and team support. Throughout my career, I’ve excelled in roles that require empathy, clear communication, and the ability to create exceptional experiences for clients and colleagues. Whether managing busy offices, guiding clients through complex decisions, or coordinating high-touch service environments, I’ve consistently put people first.My experience spans mortgage lending, retail and office management, event coordination, and business development—industries that strengthened my ability to stay organized, calm, and solutions-oriented in fast-paced settings. I’m known for building authentic relationships, anticipating needs, and helping teams operate smoothly and efficiently. I bring a strong mix of emotional intelligence, operational insight, and hands-on leadership to every role.I am now intentionally transitioning into hospitality management, a field that aligns perfectly with my strengths and my passion for creating meaningful, positive experiences for others. I thrive in environments where I can be active, engaged, and supporting both guests and staff. My long-term goal is to grow within operations and leadership, and I plan to begin a Master’s in Hospitality in Fall 2026 at Metro State University.
