Understood the competitive landscape by collecting marketing intelligence including competitive prices, marketing practices, purchasing programs, and promotional opportunities. Spearheaded Regional growth by prospecting and securing new business within Luxury Hotel Spas, Med Spa and Dermatology Offices which resulted in a 30% growth in sales and averaged 4 new accounts a month. Led expansion into high-end luxury spa markets by establishing and growing key accounts with premier hotel chains including Marriott, Hilton, Omni, Woodhouse Spas, Trilogy Management, Mii Amo, Ritz Carlton, Montage and Pendry’s which led to a 27% growth in properties within these chains. Created and delivered strategic business plans, marketing initiative and advertising campaign to support growth in existing accounts like Hotel Del Coronado where we launched the strategic plan which resulted in 72% growth and BABOR’s facials now becoming the #1 and #2 facial they perform. Partnered with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align sales goals with company objectives, delivering high-impact presentations and driving strategic decision-making that resulted in successful implementation of a Contract 1099 Retail Specialist program within Luxury Spas which resulted in double digit growth in the top 2 doors within the territory. Envisioned and led the full cycle of a branded trade event tailored to engage target prospects and existing accounts which achieved a 35% increase in qualified leads which led to multiple new spa partnerships in both hotel and med spas.
