Brought in $500K in revenues as a new P&L line item by implementing the first-ever integration feestructure, as well as instituting the first-ever revenue sharing agreement that drove revenue generationwhile opening up the data report for expanded internal usage. Led team through a key upskilling cycle that was critical for increasing strategic footprint within themarket, transitioning team members to appropriate roles and hiring more strategic alliance managers. Generated $9M in savings (over 3 years) by reducing the company’s reliance on a major partnership,which was not providing the originally intended benefit to Fannie Mae. Achieved 170% of all affordable housing and key DEI initiatives with key strategic partners who were not required to fulfill either objective. Led team efforts in launching campaigns and leadership summits to promote the work and meet successful results.
