About Jennifer Palais
I’m a product and brand leader with a track record of shaping culture-defining products and experiences used by millions. Over my career, I’ve led teams of hundreds across brand, product, and technology to bring bold ideas to life, crafting strategies and stories that move people, build trust, scale products, and deliver business results in spaces where best practices don’t yet exist.I’m passionate about the business problems I can support teams in solving at the intersection of creativity and technology. It’s not about a title for me, it is about the problem I’m solving and the impact I can make that will catch my interest in a role.I started in advertising and brand storytelling, evolved into product innovation, and now operate where creativity, technology, and strategy meet to solve human challenges that deliver on business outcomes. Across every chapter, my focus has stayed the same: helping brands behave with human relevance, online and off, so they can deliver value and connection.I don’t see brand, product, and technology as separate disciplines, but as different expressions of the same question: how do we use technology creatively to solve human problems? Whether it’s a browser used by 200M people or a cultural activation seen by billions, I’m interested in how creativity and technology build belonging and bring us closer together. At Mozilla, I led cross-platform strategy and execution for Firefox, built engaged communities, and delivered privacy-forward products that balanced user value with business growth. Before that, I helped global brands like Apple, Netflix, Intel, and Hyundai translate creativity into cultural impact, producing transmedia experiences that reached audiences worldwide and turned fandom into measurable business results.Executive recruiters often say, “We’ve never had this role before, there’s a lot of ambiguity…” Those are the roles I take on. I thrive in uncharted territory — connecting creative vision to product execution, brand to business impact, and technology to what makes us most human. Most recently I chose to work on an AI fintech app. Open to advisory and executive opportunities that align creativity, technology, and business growth. Let’s connect if you’re building something bold that moves people and culture forward.
