   I’m President and Partner at Accelity, a marketing agency dedicated to helping scaling businesses grow.When I was six I thought I’d be a princess, so I’ve (thankfully) come a long way in my career progression! Growing with Accelity for over 9.5 years and impacting the lives of our employees for the better has been a privilege and one of the best experiences of my life.It hasn’t always been the easiest work. It has always been rewarding. Here are a few things I\'ve done in my time here- Taken our bad employee retention rates and dropped them to below 20%. In 2024, we had no voluntary exits- Recreated our hiring process to ensure we\'re practicing what we preach when it comes to DEI & finding the BEST candidates- Boosting employee satisfaction from 78% to 94%!That\'s enough from me, hear it from our employees:\"I love working at Accelity.
