As Senior Pricing Manager for the Consumables and Wellness division, with a portfolio exceeding $14B annual revenue, my responsibilities include-Developing and ensuring implementation of strategic pricing initiatives based on Sam’s Club pricing strategy, competitive positions, and margin expectations -Collaboration with Merchants by creating actionable insights, implementing tests, driving effective price promotions, and partnering to deliver P&L -Evaluating business & operational problems, managing, and conducting data-driven analysis to assess potential solutions, & develop strategic recommendations addressing the root cause of problems -Proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance by leveraging data to understand trends & improve pricing performance-Monitoring key performance indicators and metrics for special and recurring projects -Leading my inclusive team with respect for the individual and fostering a culture of growth and personal development
