Scaled Coursera from a few hundred people to 1,400, building the teams needed to scale the company from Series C through IPO and beyond. As a member of the People Leadership Team for over 8 years, I\'ve held critical roles in major company level initiatives related to business transformation, strategic growth, and change management. •Built Coursera’s executive leadership bench across all functions and regions; partnering closely with the CEOs and Executive Team on org design, succession, and leadership hiring.•Leading global location strategy, scaled the global employee base by launching and growing hubs in Toronto, London, UAE, India, Bulgaria, Mexico, and Colombia, expanding engineering and sales capacity to achieve growth targets. •Built and led a high-performing global TA organization (leaders, recruiters, researchers/sourcers, operations, and program managers), establishing repeatable processes that deliver consistent quarterly hiring and strengthen diverse representation.•Drive strategic headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and global talent strategy; own the data, analytics, and reporting required to achieve quarterly and annual plan.
