As Marketing & Sustainability Manager, I am responsible for all the EPI external and internal communications for the offices based in the UK, US and Australia. I enable EPI to formulate its sustainability goals and objectives, collating and managing the ESG data collected and reported by the company, leading the company to achieve Carbon Neutral and ISO 14001 status in 2021. My responsibilities include organisation and design of all exhibition, conference and event attendance. Events take place all over the world. Much of our focus lies on 2 or 3 major exhibitions each year, but also an increasing number of smaller regional events often need to be organised with short notice. My role includes creating the content, design and maintenance of our the company website, blogs and social media, PR, advertising and email marketing as well as other communications used within the organisation such as presentations, leaflets, brochures and infographics. I am also responsible for the client and consultant feedback process, as well as training and mentoring of staff members.
