Overall purpose of the role is to highlight resources the library provides to the firms attorneys, paralegals and legal assistants. By achieving this I have- created monthly newsletters that highlight resources, library tips and upcoming events for attorneys - use surveys to determine best form of communication for my demographics within the firm - format research reports, infographics and announcements by using consistent design elements and branding for the Library Department- account management for resources and databases assigned to attorneys/paralegals by the Library- designed and formatted an internal website for our attorneys/paralegals to use easily to help them access resources, tips, training and any information regarding the Library Department - communicate with outside vendors to coordinate new attorney training, training events and webinars, and account/resource management
