Serve as the “go-to” lead between UCPath and UC San Diego campus & health, UC San Francisco campus & health and UC College of the Law, San Francisco.Listen, discover, and manage concerns and/or continuing issues and promptly address their needs by connecting groups to deep dive into the root cause, learn from the feedback and bring awareness to local and systemwide leaders. Understand the location’s challenges and find opportunities to improve processes, communications and more.Work closely with UCPath Center staff, UCOP systemwide leadership and locations leaders to troubleshoot and strategize on improving processes. This includes partnering with internal teams to understand the location’s goals and performance metrics and work to exceed customer service satisfaction rates. Research and analyze thematic location issues and connect teams to understand their role in the improvement process.Provide communication expertise on various issues to improve the clarity of messaging, strategy, etc.Provide location leadership teams on UCPath’s new processes, change management, and workarounds. Focus on ensuring UCPath strives for superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.Advise, collaborate and oversee best practices to ensure the proper planning, coordination and management of communications delivered to locations by the UCPath Center.

My specialty is producing in-depth human interest profile stories, writing content for news or feature articles, television scripts, branding materials, social media, talking points, presentations, executive speeches and more, I am able to translate information into messages and stories that will resonate, impact and motivate the desired audiences to action. I am a graduate of California State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. I am also a fellow of the RIAS Berlin Kommission, an international media fellowship awarded by the Radio-Television News Directors Foundation (RTNDF) and an alumna of the University of California CORO Women\'s Initiative (UC WI) for Leadership Development.
