Develop and implement vocational training programs & initiatives focused on language and digital skills acquisition to support the academic, career, and socio-economic success of adult learners across the Puget Sound region.• Liaise with the Digital Equity partners to develop and execute standard operating procedures to oversee the distribution and management of 1,500+ technology devices enhancing student’s academic, career, and economic advancement. • Lead the design and implementation of outreach strategies, cultivating trustworthy partnerships with external community based organizations and stakeholders to expand awareness of vocational training courses and support services.• Collaborate with Marketing and Communication teams to design a consistent framework for tailored public outreach flyers, to reach diverse, limited English proficient community members across 5 counties in the Puget Sound region.• Contribute to the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Council, fortifying and standardizing organizational policies to positively impact employees, students, and customers of Evergreen Goodwill.
