   Joined fSDL organization in the midst of a business transformation and built a robust leadership development strategy to ensure leaders at all levels of the organization are aligned with one another, their teams and the RWS vision.Partner with team members across the globe to build and deliver an integrated, global leadership development curricula that includes: an on-demand learning portal, virtual classroom sessions, leadership office hours and an innovative and experiential Foundations of Leadership program.Maintain a coaching caseload of between 4 and 6 senior leaders across SDL to support and challenge their growth, ensuring they are prepared to take the next step in their careers.Partner with top teams across RWS to identify strengths, factors that may be getting in the way of success and action plans that lead to high performance with an emphasis on collaboration and conflict resolution.
