I am a NY-licensed attorney and former prosecutor with more than 15 years of experience advising on complex legal and risk matters across technology-driven areas of financial services. I recently joined JPMorgan’s Digital Product & Experience Legal team, where I advise on the legal frameworks that govern the bank’s digital platforms and customer-facing tools. My work focuses on helping teams design compliant, intuitive digital experiences by aligning product development, technology, and law. Previously, I led Regulatory Strategy for the Corporate Investment Bank, managing engagement with the OCC, FRB, and FDIC on digital asset and capital markets initiatives. That experience provided a deep understanding of how innovation interacts with supervision and risk. I apply that perspective to help product and business partners navigate legal complexity and deliver solutions that support responsible growth. Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles in first-line controls and financial crimes compliance, building expertise in regulatory engagement, risk management, and program execution. My background as a prosecutor continues to shape how I assess risk and advocate for transparency, accountability, and fair outcomes across the business and for consumers. What drives me is translating complexity into clarity and building solutions that are both defensible and practical.
