Leads business unit and subsidiary planning company-wide in the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of HR-related processes. Responsible for the management of policies, processes and practices related to employment, labor relations, compensation, benefits, performance management and workforce planning. Directs employee relations research to ensure CCI has the most current understanding of employee relations issues and mitigates legal risk through proactive changes to CCI\'s policies, practices and programs. Serves as a key liaison with internal departments/divisions and/or outside organizations.
