   As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing and Project Specialist, I thrive in the dynamic and ever-evolving world of healthcare recruitment. I dedicate a significant portion of my time to identifying and engaging exceptional candidates. Whether it\'s a skilled nurse, an administrative expert, or a specialized healthcare professional, I work to find the right fit for our teams. Wearing multiple hats, I navigate the competitive job market to source top talent across various positions within our health system, including clinical, non-clinical, and advanced practice roles. Beyond sourcing, I am a Project Facilitator, and manage the tactical aspects of various projects within the TA space. I drive the hiring timeline for our internationally educated nurses who work across all of our hospital entities. I also work closely with candidates participating in the GROW program, connecting the timeline pieces from the start of the program to their first job within Penn State Health. My role is crucial in facilitating the talent acquisition aspects of these workforce programs.I love engaging and collaborating within the Human Resources field. My role is very collaborative, involving close work with a variety of HR Team members to ensure seamless execution of our talent acquisition strategies.My role is not just a job; it’s a fulfilling journey where I make a tangible impact on our healthcare community by bringing in the best talent and supporting transformative workforce programs.
