ABOUT JEN MERRIGAN LEMASTER

I am a strategic marketing professional with 20 years of experience working in advertising, marketing, brand management, creative development, video production and management. I have a passion for working with companies to find their unique story and telling that story to connect with their customers. Throughout my career I have worked with clients in a broad array of industries including higher education, health care, non-profit, real estate, financial services, food & beverage, manufacturing, travel and tourism. As a lifelong learner, I enjoy researching and truly getting to know new industries and different customer journeys. I often compare the role of a marketer to that of an actor; to be successful, you need to get into the minds of different people, learn what motivates them, and determine the best way your brand can make their lives better.I have worked with very talented teams throughout my career. With experience at small and medium companies, I have worked with both internal and external partners to develop all-inclusive marketing and communications programs.
