   As a strategic leader in project management and operations, I bring over seven years of experience managing complex programs, diverse functions and driving institutional outcomes through cross-sector collaboration. I specialize in leading high-impact projects and programs that align with institutional goals, development priorities, and partnership-driven initiatives.In my most recent role, I provided comprehensive oversight in the office of Student Affairs that included admissions, onboarding, enrollment, lifecycle program requirements, financial stewardship and organizational advancement. I supervised cross-functional teams, utilizing ERP, SIS, LMS, and CRM systems (i.e. PeopleSoft, Canvas, Navigate, and Salesforce) and ensured data integrity, compliance, and budgetary alignment.
