As a Vice President of Human Resources at Triversity Construction, I lead and oversee the HR function for a dynamic and growing company. I have more than 25 years of experience in HR, with a focus on developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the business objectives and values of the organization.My passion is to create and foster a positive and collaborative company culture that empowers and engages employees at all levels. I design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance the skills and performance of the workforce, as well as coaching and mentoring leaders and managers on effective HR practices.
