Building on my previous role, I have retained responsibility of the Scotland and North West & Central managed station estates. I am now also responsible for Network Rail Group Commercial\'s interface with Platform4, the new development company born out of Network Rail\'s Group Development team and London & Continental Railways, to deliver housing and commercial regeneration projects on underutilised rail land. I am responsible for co-ordinating commercial activities, both meanwhile use and end state strategic advice. Additionally as we look forward to Great British Railways (GBR), I have taken responsibility of future retail strategy.
