Jenn Kamara is the founder of Kamara Life Design and a trusted coach to high-responsibility founders, CEOs, and senior leaders. She helps ambitious people build lives strong enough to hold what they are creating, so they can lead with more clarity, resilience, truth, and long-term impact.Her work is grounded in two simple truths: a leader’s life shapes their judgment, energy, relationships, and ability to sustain performance; and design aligns intent, approach, and outcome. That is why Jenn believes Life Design is not a luxury for high-performers. It is performance infrastructure.Through 1:1 coaching, retreats, and workshops, Jenn helps leaders navigate inflection points, strengthen self-leadership, improve communication and decision-making, and build lives and businesses that are both meaningful and high-performing. She survived the civil war in Sierra Leone, where her family’s home was burned to the ground, immigrated to the United States alone at sixteen to attend university, and learned to build in rooms that were not built for her. Her path has taken her through chemical engineering, cancer research, consulting, startups, Stanford GSB, Harvard, entrepreneurial experimentation, and the disciplined work of building a marriage, a coaching practice, and birthing and raising three children each 13 months apart - while staying deeply committed to health, growth, freedom, and care. Jenn understands from lived experience that extraordinary outcomes require more than drive.
