In addition to continuing oversight of the Utility Systems Director and the Environmental Operations Manager functions described below, responsibilities have been expanded to include:• Lead approximately 400 Skilled Trades and Mechanical Maintenance (MM) sections to ensure ongoing maintenance activities, projects and Preventative Maintenance (PM)s are performed throughout the Airport’s 5,400-acre campus buildings, roadways and airfield to maintain the safest operations in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations.• Help prioritize and perform essential hiring of critical Facilities personnel which includes development of job announcements, exams, interviews and other support functions throughout the recruitment process.• Oversee the $102.9M operating budget for several Facilities Units including Skill Trades, MM, Mel Leong Treatment Plant (MLTP) and Environmental teams.$49.9M in Facilities Maintenance Projects and $42M in Capital Projects• Promote and deliver information to the Facilities teams to ensure transparent and clear guidance and communication flows up and down the organization.
