Over my tenure in this role, I led the HR people strategy to rapidly hire the technical team to support an aggressive plan to develop platforms to support an online grocery business. Upon this success, the business decided to expand internationally and I led the HR strategy to staff, onboard and develop teams in UK, Germany and Japan.
