Taking my expertise further, I now serve on a global team, providing internal support to our consultants who then perform senior-level executive searches and provide leadership advisory in our Leadership and Succession practice. With a focus on leadership advisory, our team ensures each assessment, individual and/or team development plan, and talent search align with the client’s needs and expectations.I lead and mentor the internal team to leverage their skillsets and experience to design, implement, and manage each project plan with high-quality delivery – all while staying client-focused.Leadership development – on both personal and organizational levels – is ever-evolving. I’m thrilled I get to evolve on a professional level, in addition to influencing organizational development.
