About Jen Idrovo

Jennifer (she/her) is the Employee Wellness Manager at Chicago Public Schools. Jen is leading the launch of the new Be Well Employee Wellness program, a district wide initiative to support the holistic health for all + CPS employees. As a Posse inner city scholar, Jen studied Public Policy and Hispanic Studies at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Jen also completed her Masters of Public Health at the University of Illinois at Chicago as a Board of Trustee Scholar. Jen is passionate about collaborative community engagement in policy and building program foundations for longevity. Originally from Chicago’s Pilsen, she is the proud daughter of Ecuadorian immigrants.
