As a seasoned executive in the telecommunications industry and a career services/professional development advisor, I bring a unique blend of expertise to drive organizational growth, employee empowerment, and student success. With a strong background in both the private and public sectors, I have successfully navigated complex regulatory landscapes and empowered individuals at all levels to achieve their professional goals.In my previous roles at federal agencies (FCC and NTIA), I honed a strategic mindset and proven ability to drive impactful change. I actively contributed to White House initiatives on broadband connectivity, implementing executive orders and programs to bridge the digital divide and expand broadband access while ensuring the resiliency and reliability of our nation\'s communications networks. Currently, I am growing the Regulatory Affairs Department at JSI while fostering a culture of employee engagement, empowerment, and professional growth. I help clients mitigate regulatory risk, advocate for policies that drive innovation, and comply with federal and state regulations. I also champion employee growth and development and spearheaded our participation in the Federal Communications Bar Association’s Diversity Pipeline Program.As the founder of Second Wind Career Strategies, I provide job search and networking strategy services to professionals and recent graduates, enabling them to develop a solid professional brand and navigate the job market.
