Referred to as the \"backbone of the department\" where I lead in sourcing, recruiting and interviewing support staff and attorneys, conduct on-boarding protocol, assist in payroll, performance evaluation preparation, and diversity projects. I am heavily involved in our Summer Associate Program and on-campus interview process where I coordinate with the local law schools and attorneys to conduct interviews. I work closely with the on-boarding students and coordinate the SAP events. I have taken on the job of a Technical Support Secretary where I assist in technology roll outs, set-ups, and any other projects needed by our IS department. I also give assistance to the practice development/marketing department with the CRM system, InterAction, as well as misc. projects needed by the finance department. Coordinate and assist with a number of internal committees such as D&I, Shareholder Evaluation as well as Salary & Bonus.
