About Jennifer Green
With a career that started on Wall Street in investment banking and PE investing, I transitioned into executive search, where I supported the world’s top-tier PE and VC firms as they built their investment teams. Five years ago, my executive search focus expanded into the Climate Tech, Deep Tech and Decarbonization Tech sectors, where I placed principal investors into some of the most impactful venture capital, private equity and family office funds. I also developed a strong track record of recruiting finance and operational executives into portfolio companies across food, water & agriculture, sustainable energy and the industrials categories.
