I’ve spent my career helping top firms in independent wealth management grow - with purpose. As both an investor and operator, I’ve worked alongside founders, CEOs, and advisors to build brands that matter, accelerate organic growth, develop talent, and navigate strategic M&A.From the early days at Focus Financial Partners to leading growth and strategy at The Colony Group (now Focus Partners Wealth), and now as part of the team at Rise Growth Partners, I’ve had the opportunity to help shape some of the industry’s most admired firms and position them for scale and transformation.Along the way, I’ve served as CMO, CSO, COO, and Chief of Staff, leading growth and transformation efforts that helped firms attract top talent, deepen client engagement, and evolve into national platforms.Today at Rise, I serve as Chief Marketing Officer, working with incredible colleagues and partner firms to build lighthouse brands and deliver growth strategies that scale. I also collaborate closely with our business development teams to position Rise and our portfolio firms to prospective advisors and RIA partners and finding the right-fit opportunities where we’re truly better together.I’m a lifelong student of this industry and enjoy sharing what I learn. I co-host the RiseUp with Rise Growth Partners podcast on YouTube, co-authored a book, and have been featured in or quoted by InvestmentNews, CityWire, WealthManagement.com, Financial Planning, Financial Advisor, and Financial Advisor IQ. In 2025, I was honored to be named ThinkAdvisor’s Luminaries CMO of the Year for Advisor Support Platforms.The greatest joy in my work comes from building alongside smart, thoughtful people who care deeply about what they do.As my colleague Joe Duran says, “The real work is narrowing the gap between who you are and who you want to be.” That’s the journey I’m on and the kind I love supporting in others.

I oversee the Rise GrowthWorks platform, which enables scalable, advisor-led growth aligned to firm-level strategy across digital and traditional channels. I also collaborate closely with our business development team to position Rise and our firms to prospective advisors and RIA partners, supporting M&A outreach and integration, ensuring we find the right matches where we’re truly better together.Co-host of RiseUp with Rise Growth Partners, a podcast sharing insights on brand-building, organic growth, and leadership in the RIA space.
