Where Trusted Leadership Begins and Trusted Teams Grow I help leaders trust themselves, trust others, and become the kind of people others trust. And I help teams rebuild the trust, clarity, and connection they need to do meaningful work together. After three decades in media, advertising, and strategic leadership across Canada and the United States, I saw the same pattern everywhere: talented people struggling under pressure, teams disconnected after constant change, and leaders who had done all the training yet still felt stuck in the same patterns. What they were missing wasn’t another workshop. It was trust - in themselves, in each other, and in the systems they were trying to lead. Today, I coach leaders and teams who want to shift at a deeper level. My work blends evidence‑based assessments (Hogan, Leadership Circle Profile, EQ‑i, DiSC, Five Behaviors) with identity‑level coaching to help people understand not just what they do, but why they do it and how to change it. My signature work focuses on two core areas: • Trusted Leader Intensive: A transformational 1:1 coaching experience that helps leaders build trust from the inside out. Through deep assessment work and reflective coaching, leaders learn to trust their own judgment, extend trust to others, and show up in ways that earn trust consistently and authentically. • Team Trust & Alignment Reset: A powerful team experience that rebuilds psychological safety, strengthens communication, and restores trust after change, conflict, or transition. This work helps teams reconnect, align on what matters, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Across all of my work, the through‑line is simple: Trusted leaders create trusted teams. Trusted teams create healthy organizations. I bring warmth, groundedness, and a deep respect for the whole human not just the role they hold. My clients describe me as someone who creates safety quickly, asks the questions that shift something real, and helps them see themselves with more clarity and compassion.
