   As the Deputy Director for Collections and Engagement, Jennifer is a member of the museum\'s leadership team, and leads the Collections and Interpretation division. which includes Curatorial, Collections, Conservation, Research Collections and Services, Learning and Engagement, Digital Experience, and Interpretation at both the museum in Santa Fe and the historic properties in Rio Arriba county. She works with team members across the division on exhibitions, collections care and installation, visitor engagement, audience research and evaluation, interpretation, and public programming, and also focuses on visitor research and evaluation. She is the staff project manager for the museum\'s building project with the new museum slated to open in 2026.
